Barcelona midfielder Pedri believes the latest win will give the team confidence ahead of their Champions League clash.

“It’s three important points and it puts the team in good shape ahead of Wednesday’s game (at Bayern Munich in the Champions League).” Pedri the midfielder, who scored one goal, said after the game.
“We have to keep going like this, that’s what (Hansi) Flick told us at half-time. We wanted to keep a clean sheet but it didn’t happen.
“I was lucky enough to get a shot and it went in. The coach told us there was an opening in that area and we took advantage of that.
“He (Gavi, who returned as a substitute in the last game) deserves this moment. All of us love him very much, the fans love him and he deserves the best.”
The midfielder, who will turn 22 on 25 November, made his first-team debut for the Catalans at 17 in September 2020.
A little over four years later, he has already established himself as one of the most experienced players in the Blaugrana squad and serves as one of the team captains.
